Nautic has reserved a place for those who love old sailing ships and fine hulls to meet and communicate. During the ten days of the show, this special area will be alive with award ceremonies, demonstrations, lessons in the art of knotmaking, splicing, rigging and tackles and presentations of restorations and projects.
Throughout the week, the Nautic Yacht Club will exhibit a selection of photos of traditional yachts nominated for the Prix du Yacht de Tradition, sponsored by Les Echos-Série Limitée. The proceeds from these prints, offered by professional photographers and the Dupon Laboratory, will be donated fully to the Docteur Souris association. This association fights against the isolation children hospitalized over long periods experience by providing them with a secure Internet connection and hardware. A good deed for fine photos.
