Scène Nautic



10.30 am – 11.00 am: Océanopolis
The scientific presenters of Océanopolis will be introducing the public to the secrets of small marine animals, on a big screen in high definition, thanks to a camera immersed in a touching pool. Océanopolis will also be present at the "Bretagne" stand throughout the time of the show.

11.00 am – 12 noon: Presentation of Lorient
Attend the presentation of the Lorientais territory nautical programme

12.30 pm – 1.30 pm: Tahiti Tourism
Attend the conference by Tahiti Tourism, interspersed with dances!

2.00 pm : Jean-Pierre DICK phone call
Come to the Jean Pierre Dick phone call. He will answer all the questions about B to B Race!

2.30 pm – 3.30 pm: Awarding of the Prix du Nautic Photo
Nautic Photo, a major amateur photography contest organised by Nautic will see its winners crowned on the main stage, Scène Nautic. The photographs of the three categories – Sports, Out of the ordinary, and Getting away from it all – will be projected for the occasion.

4.00 pm – 6.00 pm: Awarding of the Prix Transat 6.50 - La Charente Maritime / Bahia
The winners of the Transat 6.50 – La Charente Maritime / Bahia (Unassisted solo transatlantic crossing on boats 6.50 metres) will receive their awards on stage.

6.00 pm – 7.00 pm: Briefing for the Nautic SUP Paris Crossing
Meeting for the SUP’ers registered in the race to learn about the course and receive their racing instructions.


Spot



10.30 am – 1.00 pm: Promotion of the Fête du Nautisme (Get Afloat Weekend), with the French Nautical Industries Federation and the Fête du Nautisme association
On the occasion of the Fête du Nautisme, which will be held from 12th to 13th May 2012, come attend the many demonstrations and familiarize yourself with water sports.

1.00 pm – 1.30 pm: Demonstration by MACIF, locating and recovery of a man overboard
Attend a real-time demonstration of how to locate a man overboard. You will see the deployment of an automatic life jacket and discover how to use electronic equipment that makes it easier to locate someone lost at sea.

1.30 pm – 2 pm: Virtual Dive (simulation diving)
Virtual Dive invites you to come explore the sea bed by means of a simulation and a virtual dive into the Spot pool.

2.00 pm – 3.00 pm: Initiations for the visiting public to light sailing boats, SUP, canoes,...
Nautic invites showgoers to come explore the magic of the various water sports at the Spot.

3.00 pm – 3.30 pm: Demonstration by MACIF of liferaft deployment and ship evacuation
Watch the deployment of a liferaft and a simulated evacuation of a ship. An instructor will show how to put on a survival suit and deploy a ZODIAC or BOMBARD raft in real time.

3.30 pm – 4.00 pm: Initiations for the visiting public
Nautic invites showgoers to come explore the magic of the various water sports at the Spot.

4.00 pm – 4.30 pm: Presentation of the event “Mondial du vent”
“Mondial du Vent” presents the new edition of this “must” event

4.30 pm – 5.30 pm: Regatta 5.05, with Paris Voile
Attend the 5.05 race to be held at the Spot, organised in partnership with Paris Voile.

5.30 pm– 6.30 pm: Initiations for the visiting public
Nautic invites showgoers to come explore the magic of the various water sports at the Spot.

With the STW training workshops at Nautic, you get to put your hands into technique!
Take advantage of the show to test your skills. Participate in the “Skipper’s Technical Workshop” with specialised des sailing instructors. You can ask all your questions on topics as diverse as la diesel mechanics, on-board computers, sails, power on board, weather, safety at sea, and medical emergencies. See you in Pavilion 1 - Stand K89.

2.00 pm – 3.00 pm: Meeting with Gérard Maumenée, author of “L’Observatoire de Bateaux”.
Find out everything you need to know about world of yachting. Gérard Maumenée will answer all your questions about the yachting market and port places. Visit the “Bateaux” stand - K71.

Every afternoon on the “Bateaux” stand:
Come by the “Bateaux” stand (Stand K71) to enjoy a tropical atmosphere with pictures, books and advice from Antoine on sailing to the ends of the earth.

3.00 pm – 5.00 pm: Meeting with the journalist Emmanuel van Deth
Attend a practical meeting with Emmanuel van Deth, the journalist who writes the column “L’atelier de Bateaux” (The Boat Workshop). Ask him all your technical questions. Visit “Bateaux” stand - K71.
