Discovery Space 2010

This year, the group Macif welcomes you on three thematic areas amasses in one place:

• The "Nautic Discovery Space" to test their knowledge of safety at sea with trainers from the school Macif Centre de Voile (MCV).

• A stand "MC5" to discover and register for training courses offered by the school.

• For the first time, an entire stand devoted to boating credit and insurance solutions Macif.

Come win 10 seats for the departure of the Solitaire du Figaro in 2010 by participating in the competition and meet at Macif signings, François Gabart, the new Macif skipper in 2010, and Gerald Veniard, 2008-2009 Skipper Macif.

Animations

On more than 200 m², several events are implemented:

• Seamanship, with a workshop to learn the art of knots.

• Discover the ASN radio, to learn to send a distress call via the Digital Selective Calling.

• Discovery of life rafts and vests, inflatable hammer with daily 14h of safety equipment. Plastimo and Zodiac are partners in this workshop.

• Discovery of the markup, weather, and training sessions during the sea license code

• Practice on Dinghy Sailing the Virtual Simulator, using a real boat connected to a computer and a screen.

• Discovery of the rig, through a real boom Selden Mast, who will train to hoist a mainsail and furl.
